Whether you have to appear for entrance exam or not, depends on the admission criteria of that college.

In most Government colleges, you have to appear for Entrance exam and clear it.

While amission in most Private colleges, the basic criteria is 50-60% aggregate in 12th Exam.

BITSAT is the entrance exam conducted for admission in Bachelor for pharmacy.BITSAT stands for Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test conducted for seeking admission in B.Pharmacy Courses.The exams will be conducted in the month of May.
