For CA I have to do bcom. From distance or regular,which is better

If your college is ready to accommodate and gives you time to attend coaching for CA, then regular is fine, but if not, then distance would be a better option as when you get to IPCC, the workload is too much to manage along with college assignments and projects. Also the classes take up your entire day. This won't leave you any time to study.

Also, Graduation is not compulsory to become a CA, unless you want to get in through Direct Entry, which is for Graduates, wherein they have to appear for only the second and third level (and the articleship, of course).

Hello!

Yes, it is mandatory to apply for BCom right after IPCC exams.

It's depends on how you are comfortable whether distance course or regular course.

In my opinion, go for distance course as you have to concentrate more on your CA preparation.
