CAT exam is divided into three sections of 32, 32 and 34 questions, each question carries equal 3 marks.These sections are:-

VERBAL ABILITY & READING COMPREHENSION(VARC): For this section following books are advisable:

• HOW TO PREPARE FOR VERBAL ABILITY & READING COMPREHENSION FOR THE CAT by ARUN SHARMA
• GUIDE TO VERBAL ABILITY & LOGICAL REASONING FOR CAT by NISHIT SINHA

LOGICAL REASONING AND DATA INTERPRETATION: Following books are good for this section:

• MOCKS by IMS OR TIME
• GUIDE TO QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE AND DATA INTERPRETATION FOR CAT by NISHIT SINHA
• HOW TO PREPARE FOR DATA INTERPRETATION FOR CAT by ARUN SHARMA
• HOW TO PREPARE FOR LOGICAL REASONING FOR CAT by ARUN SHARMA

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS: Following books are good for this section:
