well both are good books but for chemitry i would say OP Tendon is better than DC Pandey, 

concept and the simplicity of OP Tendon is soo good you can easily get everything , well only difference in theory otherwise if i will talk about 

exercises questions will be almost same and i would recommend to solve questions from both the books.some question you will listein from your sir it is in OP Tendon and very important and some they may tell you in DC pandey . so for question solving first you complete from wherever you want fully then shift to others and solve as much as possible.
