Hello,
You can prepare by yourself for NEET entrance exam or you can join in any coaching centre.It depends on you through which mode you want to prepare for NEET.There are various coaching institutes which provides best coaching so search for the best institute and start preparing.
And the application fee for NEET UG is as follows for each category

General category/OBC: 1500
General-EWS/OBC-NCL: 1400
SC/ST: 800
