hiiiii
as you don't mention any specific college so i tell you on average the fees structure for CSE is approximately INR 3.00L to INR 6.00L the course duration time is 4 year.

you should have atleast 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category.
