For cyber security which course I prefer computer science and engineering or information technology.

Hello, 

 Cyber security is  all about is protecting information, devices, organization, all in one is Cyber space protection. And for these if u learn computer science u can learn the basics for Cyber security, like networking, TCP/IP/OSI models, information security, programming, and javascript, command line basic, and other logic courses. so if u know the basic parts. All computer science and information technology are relevant. If u learn information technology u know all that I mentioned there and also u can know all about computer science also.

Generally, If u major in computer science its better for you to enroll in cyber security learning. So, two are some what are same but if u master all computer science related tasks. In my opinion is good for everyone to study. Computer science before going into cyber security.
