Please provide the name of the college if you are referring to any particular college or university since morning or evening college depends on the different universities and colleges. Some colleges provide both morning and evening college whereas some provide only morning  or only evening colleges. So, it totally depends on different universities and colleges. For example, in Delhi University , there are certain colleges which conducts both morning and evening classes for both undergraduates and postgraduate students. At the admission time only, the distinctions are clear and the students have to apply as per their interest, marks, eligibility and convenience.
