For doing a bank job, railway job, or giving ouat exam and doing an agriculture officer how many marks are needed in 10 & 12

Class 10 and 12th marks doesn't matter in bank jobs. You need to have graduation degree with 50% marks for IBPS PO, 60% marks for SBI PO.
For OUAT exam, applying candidates in 10+2 level must be passed with minimum aggregate of 50% marks (For ST/SC/PwD candidates  40%) with extra optional.
With 12th marks one can apply for the posts of lower divison clerk, junior stenographer, fingerprint examiner in railways.
For stenographer post, you need to have good typing speed.
