To be eligible for AIIMS MBBS you need to; first,  must have completed their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subject. And secondly, you need to score a fixed aggregate percentage in your 12th exam as per your category:

• For General and OBC aspirants – 60% aggregate; 
• For SC and ST candidates – 50% aggregate
• For PwD candidates - 45% aggregate
