Yes, candidates belonging to EWS candidates are eligible for partial fee reimbursement provided the parental annual income must not be greater tha Rs. 1,50,000 for candidates living in rural areas and for candidates living in urban areas the parental annual income must not be more than Rs. 2,00,000. The parent or members of the family shouldn't be a Government Employee.

So if you fulfill the eligibility criteria you are eligible for partial fee reimbursement.
