In order to get the login ID you need to first generate a password and that is done through the option"candidates registration" and then you will have to send SMS to 9731979899.
The SMS should have: TSSICET(space)01(space) your hall ticket number. You can also go through their websitehttps://tsicet.nic.in/Default.aspx
