First I want to tell you that English as a subject is included in JIPMER entrance exam only with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Logic and Quatitative Reasoning. English is not included in either NEET or AIIMS. Now, English Language and Comprehension includes the sections-

• Section A-Reading Unseen Passage and Note Making.
• Section B-Writing Skills
• Section C-Literature and Long Reading.

You can refer NCERT for English. Also you can solve previous year question papers after going through NCERT which will help you more.
