Since you resigned from Round 1 of MP NEET UG counselling, you need to register and pay the fee again for Round 2. You cannot directly enter the DME portal without re-registration. The registration and choice filling for Round 2 are expected to start in September 2025. After registering, you can fill and lock your college and course preferences. Seat allotment will be announced after the choice locking period. Always check the official DME MP website for the exact dates and updates.

As you didn't need to re-register,the key date for choice filling and upgradation deadline on August 30,2025, at 11.00 PM on the DME portal.

If you've already registered for Madhya Pradesh counselling  NEET UG round 1, you don't need to register or pay again for round 2, even if you have resigned from your round 1 seat. Your registration remains valid, and you can directly log into DME portal when round 2 choice filling opens. Only fresh candidates who did not register earlier has to complete registration and fee payment. For you, the next step is simply to mark the willingness for upgradation and fill choices .
