yes it is mandatory that your name and date of photo is written on the passport size photo as well as postcard size photograph because it is clearly written in the bulletin of neet ug. if you upload without name and date written on photo then your application form get rejected by NTA.so please upload the photograph in which your name and date of photo written on it.
