For neet chemistry MTG is good but first I'll advise you to solve NCERT thoroughly it is the best book for NEET chemistry and most of the questions are framed keeping the NCERT in preference.

Yes , Mtg chemistry at your finger tips  is a good option for neet

This is because

MTG, fingertips books helps you to master NCERT and in almost 95% questions are based on concepts of ncert , also  it has:-

But yes do read read NCERT as well. One more thing is go through previous year question papers of Neet examination and once you are done with your complete syllabus go through mock test paper
