To crack the NEET exam you need a help to know which book is better for the preparation.

Chemistry is a scoring subject, this is the subject which lots of students find easy to prepare because it has a large number of theoretical concepts to learn. For theory and exercise solutions, you can refer NCERT solutions which cover the complete CBSE syllabus.

In case you face difficulty to understand any concept or theory you can refer Inorganic Chemistry by OP Tandon, Organic Chemistry by Dr. AK Virmani, Physical Chemistry by Dr. P Bahadur.

Hello Aspirant,

Basically speaking, NCERT books are considered the best source for many competitive exams. NEET portion is mainly focused on NCERT class 11th and 12th syllabus. Also, these books are considered as primary reference for all higher secondary subjects. But if you wish to refer extra books then I have a few suggestions for you:

  • Physical Chemistry by O.P. Tandon
  • ABC of Chemistry for class XI and XII by Modern
  • Concise inorganic chemistry by J.D. Lee
  • Dinesh chemistry guide
