See as you have mentioned that you have been allotted a seat in Round 1 and you have applied for upgradation in Round 2 by keeping this seat reserved. So if you would have allotted a new seat in Round 2 then your current seat will automatically be cancelled and your documents which you have submitted their will be returned back to you.
