Hello Bhavya,

Your character certificate is issued by the last institute you attended. If you have lost the certificate you must visit the educational body and contact them as soon as possible. If you have any other doubt kindly put it in the comment section given below.

But i m A dropped i need character certificate for admission in ipu in that reason I want to 9 that who will provide the Format

If you are a dropper then the character certificate that you got in class 12th from the institute you last attended will be provided only.

Sorry for the wrong information, you need to issue a new character certificate so it should be an affidavit signed by any gazetted officer in city.
Or you may support your previous character certificate with the help of the affidavit made for a drop year.
