Yes, as OBC candidates having income more than 2.5 lakh family income come under cramy layer and to show they are not they have to produce income certificate also along with the OBC certificate.

However, this might not the case with every college and there might be some relaxation in some colleges. Check the website of the college for more details but it will be better if you got one.
