Hello Saurav,

As per AIIMS MBBS cutoff, students from General Category were required to score at least 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS exam, while those belonging to OBC were required to score at least 45% and SC/ST candidates were required to score a minimum of 40% in order to qualify the exam.
