with the tough level of competition in Andhra Pradesh this year with the rank of 6770 it is difficult to say whether you will get in MD general medicine seats in one of the government medical colleges in the state although DNB medicine might be possible at your rank even considering the competition levels of this year
paediatric medicine might be available and chances of Dermatology and psychiatry also are comparatively better the general medicine because they are comparatively less opted by the extreme high rankers and you might just get it in upgradation round despite of competition
The stipend is usually between 40,000 to 60000 depending on the institution a month with fees of 20000 to 40000 being have to be paid for person courses and private institutions with government rank annually
