Yes, you can change or update your current Income details In the new Income Certificate, Income varies yearly and every income certificate is valid for 1 year. After every 1 year you need to obtain latest income certificate to claim your Income related benefits.

So, In the application form, you can fill your new income details whether it is higher or lower as compared to last year, it doesn't matter. You have to just fill the form and the Authorities in Tehsil will verify your details and According to Official data of your income, they will issue you a new income certificate. You can also visit to your nearest Jan Suvidha Kendra or Lok vani kendra to file a application for new income certificate.
