To get into a medical school in USA you need to have the following eligibility criteria

1. Graduate with an undergraduate degree with pre medicine track.

2. Given MCAT exam

After this you apply and get selected in any medical school in USA. After your MD program for four years, you start your residency where you choose the specialisation over the course of residency program.
