For Karanataka or for that matter any state, if you wish to attend the counseling for private medical.and dental colleges then you should participate in the state counselling process and should be there in the merit list.

To take admission in private medical and dental colleges of Karnataka state being a non domicile student, you need to register and attend the counseling at KEA which conducts all the counseling.
