I suggest you to try re logging into your account and see if the issue has been solved or another case you could call upon the helpline provided during the officers are send a mail immediately addressing the issue so that they could redress your grievances at the earliest. You can also clear the cache, browsing history and restart, most of the people were able to complete their registration  process.
