For tmrw's NEET exam 11 is the entry time and the gates will be closed at 1.30. Is it ok if I reach the centre at 12 o clock?? Kindly clear my confusion.

Hope you are doing well
Yes you can reach your exam centre earlier to avoid any chaos so that if there will be any problem you have enough time to solve it . So yes it will be ok if you reach your exam centre at 12 or at 12: 30
Further you should carry the following things for neet exam

NEET admit card 2021
Passport size photograph
Postcard size photograph
Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
Mask on face
Gloves on hand
Personal transparent water bottle
Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
Further you should follow dress code rules regulations and covid guidelines issued by NTA NEET
