I think you're asking about NEET admit card ,as it's not mentioned above I'm explaining about NEET considering that NTA released the admit cards just a few days back .As you have forgot your registration no ,there's nothing to worry about just check your email inbox which you have eegiregist for Neet ug 2019 while applying .You would find an email with your admit card in PDF format,all you need is just download and print it out.Hope this information is helpful and all the best for your exam .
