There are many educational platforms in Online websites from which you can gain the knowledge of psychology . But to get a certificate , you may have to pay . For example :

• Swayam : In This Govt initiative platform , you can get many courses related to psychology , which is free of cost  to learn , but if you want to get certificate , you need  to go to the exam center with the fees of Rs. 1000
• Coursera : In this platform , you can audit the course or can do the course with certificate with some payment
• IGNOU : Can do distance courses in Psychology .

You can learn the content free online, but if you want to get official certification then a certain amount of fees is to be paid. If you have financial situation issue then you can even apply for financial aid.
