Mam/SirBest 4, 87% & best 5, 85.6% , but my family not afford to private college, only Govt college affordable, PU Chandigarh Mai Govt college milsakta hai, I belong to Shimla, but my father home in Dehradun, I want to become CS, PLEASE help me by properly Guide pls.Thanks.

DU registration are closed now. And same goes with PU. Sorry. If you have applied in DU and if u belong to general category then chances are less for good colleges. Still you may try your luck.
