For AIQ quota it's not too possible as it requires +500 marks to get into. As for state quota you require more than 450 marks. So you have chances to get a government college in your state.

1.Government Ayurvedic College Hospital, Patna.

2.Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna.

There are total 4 bams college in bihar which of 2 are government and 2 are private. You can try for all.
