Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that different colleges have different parameters for offering scholarships to students. Scholarships are offered based on certain parameters such as merit, economical weaker section or some other parameters. There is no such parameter that a student who has completed his/her education from a government institution will get a scholarship necessarily.
