You have ATKT in first year Bcom and second year  BCom in in one subject each of the the year. Before appearing the final year examination that is third year Bcom yet to clear all the fields objects have failed in first year Bcom second year Bcom. Is atomic process and normal rules of UGC relating examination of undergraduate courses.After passing final year examination there will be no problem for regarding placement and campus interview because a company  do not clarify how the candidate has passed and how many subjects they have failed in previous years and have cleared after.
