Hii!
There are a number of universities across India providing MA in Persian. But a few open Universities for the same. You will get a certificate course in Persian language in IGNOU. Else, some other colleges are -
* Mumbai University
* Aligarh Muslim University
* Gujarat University
* Gulbarga university
* Jamia Milia Islamia
* Guru Nanak Dev University
Etc.,
