The medical fitness certificate  will be given by medical officer who are there in block or urban area as head of the center. All the information about fitness/ medical condition check up done by officer ,there is Govt hospital or else the info may be given by private clinic but most considered & valid one is one which given by Govt officer . As you got the counselling in FDDI  for admission ,Hyderabad fddi is one of the best institute under the FDDI campuses in south India for the study & placements and good atmosphere to enjoy the course .

You can get medical fitness certificate from any government medical hospital. I should have stamp of govt hospital for its validation. Then you can apply that for fddi counseling. Medical certificate from private hospital is not valid everywhere. Therefore i will suggest you to be at safer side and get medical fitness certificate from govt hospital only.
