OBC certificate can be issued from the Ofiice of Sub-Divisional Offiecr (SDO) or

You may download the Appendix for Caste Certificate from the prospectus of AIIMS MBBS and get it duly signed from the concerned office.

If you cannot submit your OBC certificate at time of checking on called for counselling, your seat may be cancelled.
