Just click and open it : www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in - This is the official site.
Click on the B.Tech program - www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in
After click on the above link you will see Already registered option , click here : ..:: State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra ::..
Then enter your applicatio ID and password and log in the site. You will find there allotment letter and also you can download from there.
