The students who get into IITs start their preparation as early as possible. But, most people suggest that the students should start preparing for IITs from 9th std.. Most students who succeed in getting into IITs are studying the course of the successive class while being in the predecessor class. Like, when you are in class 10th, by the end, you have to complete the course of class 11th. This way, you can complete class 12th course by end of class 11th and you will have a full year in your hand to do preparation for JEE main and JEE advanced. This should be a effective method to prepare for IITs as most IITians have adopted this method for their success.
