To become an engineer, you have to do B.Tech or B.E. Engineering is offered in various disciplines. The job profile will be dependent on the branch.

Getting a good job from an engineering college depends upon your college reputation and your semester exams performance.If you perform well in exam you can get jobs easily if not possible in campus then off campus.But you need to have that much talent and strength.
