As of now, COVID - 19 is spreading and the colleges in any state including Madhya Pradesh has not been opened in 2020. BTW, some colleges has started the classes for Ph.D. or higher education students in small small batches. We can expect the fully reopening of colleges after this COVID - 19 disease stops spreading or vaccine comes.

As per my assumption, seeing current condition, the colleges will not open in 2020 and will reopen in 2021.
