I would like to inform you that GATE Mechanical questions can be found on google but I am unable to mention it here due to some community violations of this platform. Apart from this, I can also provide you with a link so that you can check it on their official website but for answer key, google would be the best option in this case.

Just check on this site if you find relavant information because GATE 2004 was conducted by IIT DELHI, or else search on google, you can also get the answer key.
