Hello,

If the name is different on requisite certificates and online filled application then your candidature may get rejected. Even if you fill another application form your name will be different in category certificate and other educational certificates so your application will get rejected. You need to get an affidavit now and upload it in order to consider your application.

Mam so need to fill another form with the affadavit? Or wait for the previous form which is under consideration?
Is there any chance if I fill another form and both be rejected by gate2022?? Plz help
