Decent enough chances predicted for medium end tier IITs at this score namely :

IIT Guwahati
IIT BHu
IIT BOmbay
IIT delhi(rock engineering and management)
Chances with IIt Kharagpur and IIT delhi look very low.
The cutoffs usually depend upon total candidates appearing, total applications received, total seats available, difficulty level of examination.

I'm not sure you will get the seat on this rank. But you may have chances to get a decent IIT

Also i recommend you to check nit cutoff.
