Hello Mounika, you have pretty good rank in ECET, this much of rank makes you eligible for most of the college under ECET, and on that you belong to bc-d caste which can help you a little bit. And according to me you are pretty eligible for the CSE branch. Your NCC certificate will only be applicable in goverment college. Goodluck.
