Congratulations for getting a very good percentage .
You can seat in NIT college with 91.1 percentile as general category because the minimum percentile for general category is 78.217. to know different branches of NIT and there eligibility please check the link attached .

No I don't come under EWS . My category cutoff was 89.7 .can I get metallurgy in nit Durgapur in 7th round ? Please reply.

Yes you have a chance to get nit goa you can apply for it. You can also check previous years cutoffs for nit goa. You have a chance so you should try for it. Best of luck.
