First tell me about which college you are talking..... In maximum college shorts are not allowed during college time.... They provided proper uniform in private colleges and in government colleges you can wear casual dress but which is jeans, shirt, t-shirt, kurtis but not shorts....

As you did not mention the college name iam not sue about that but as far as I know there is no top colleges in India that allows a girl to class in shorts , sorry to mention our intension of education is make discipline I guess.

The answer to this question depends on the college that you want to get into. Some colleges allow girls to wear shorts but most of the colleges don't. So, depending upon the college that you want to get into, you can or cannot wear shorts in your college.
