You haven't mentioned your field so it is  difficult to give the list of colleges you are asking for as your question is incomplete and uncleared there are  hundreds of field and thousands of colleges in Andhra Pradesh . And every college is best in their particular field . So giving the list of  best without knowing the department or field .
