For mathematics, the matrices determinants part is the easiest. Also, vectors, 3D and probability are easy and scoring.

For physics,

Em waves, AC, EM Induction and Magnetism is easy. From class 11 part, Laws of motion is easy.

From chemistry, the whole inorganic part will be easier for you if you have mugging up capacity. If you can solve numericals well, focus on the physical part. If you get concepts very well, Organic chemistry is your cuo of tea.
