Coming to routine, you should make a routine of atleast 8-10 hours of study each day. Your routine should revolve around study, revision and practicing questions.

Give 4 hours to physics, out of which you should read for 1.5 hours and practice questions in the remaining hours.

Give 3 hours to Chemistry, out of which you should read for 1.5 hours and practice questions in the remaining hours 1.5 hours.

Give 3 hours to biology, out of which you should read for 2 hours and practice questions in the remaining hours 1 hour
