Hi, Raghuveer! Medical colleges are no more being filled based on EAMCET marks. Ranks scored in  NEET UG are considered. The counseling starts from rank 1 to so on and students take the seat of their choice. Few percentage of seats reserved for girls (33%) and OBC, SC and ST. After the first counseling, if students don't report, second counseling occurs where sliding takes place. Hope I helped. Thank you.
